Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a separate written agreement, statement of work (SOW), or proposal between Feerr Tech and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of it. You agree not to:
All content on the Site — including text, design, code, logos, and graphics — is owned by Feerr Tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
For client engagements, intellectual property rights to deliverables are addressed in the relevant SOW or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, final deliverables produced for a paying client become the client's property upon full payment, while Feerr Tech retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how.

Each party agrees to keep the other party's confidential information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement. Confidential information includes business plans, technical information, customer data, and any non-public material identified as confidential.
The Site and any services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, revenue outcomes, or other performance results. SEO and digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feerr Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a client engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client to Feerr Tech in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feerr Tech and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) content you provide to us that infringes the rights of a third party.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Feerr Tech. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Termination of a client engagement is governed by the relevant SOW or agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective when we post it on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept those changes.
